Thermoplastische rubberen handgrepen

Onze TPR-handgrepen (thermoplastisch rubber) zijn speciaal ontworpen met het oog op functionaliteit. Ze zijn ontworpen om handzweet weg te leiden van de handen en bieden de ultieme grip terwijl ze zacht en licht blijven. Ze worden geleverd met twee Nylon Bar-ends die sterk zijn tegen schrapen en snijden en een goede bescherming bieden aan je bar.

 

De technologie die wordt gebruikt bij het maken van onze handgrepen wordt Plastic Injection genoemd. Thermoplastisch rubber is een synthetisch rubber dat zich net als kunststof gedraagt, maar de eigenschappen heeft van rubber, het heeft een grotere flexibiliteit, is bestand tegen slijtage, is gemakkelijk in het gebruik en is duurzaam. De TPR wordt onder hoge druk in een op 230 graden Celsius verwarmde mal geïnjecteerd om de handgrepen te creëren die u nu ziet.

Thermoplastic Rubber Hand Grips

Specially designed with functionality in mind our TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) Hand Grips they are designed to divert hand sweat away from the hands and provide the ultimate grip whilst remaining soft and light. They come with two Nylon Bar ends that are strong against scraping and cutting and offer a good protection to your bar.

The technology used in creating our hand grips is called Plastic Injection. Thermoplastic rubber is a synthetic rubber that behaves can be molded just like plastic but has the properties of rubber, it has increased flexibility, resistance to wear and tear, easy to use and durable. The TPR is injected into a mold heated at 230 degrees Celsius, at high pressure to create the hand grips you now see.
